TD Bank has put special considerations in place to assist you with any access difficulties you may be experiencing because of Hurricane Sandy.

Waived Fees
If you incurred any of these fees as a result of the storm, they can be waived:

• Non-TD Bank ATM Fees
• Overdraft Fees
• Returned Item Fees
• Overdraft Protection Fees
• Late Fees on Consumer or Small Business Loans
• Late Fees on Consumer or Small Business Credit Cards

Need immediate access to funds? TD Bank will:

• Provide you the opportunity to withdraw funds from your CD without an early withdrawal fee.
• Issue you a debit card on the spot in any TD Bank location; if you can't get to a TD Bank store, we will expedite delivery of your debit card at no charge.
• Expedite delivery of an approved TD credit card within 72 hours at no charge so you can have access to those funds as soon as possible.
