Eligibility Requirements

  • 500 or more employees
  • Employees reside in Massachusetts
  • Employees are eligible for benefits or work at least 25 hours a week

Approval for these services is contingent upon carrier and Division of Insurance approval.

Rates are for Massachusetts-based agencies and residents. Employees residing in other states or with property in other states may be eligible for rate quotes from TD Insurance, Inc., with other companies.
